When we talk about the physical exercise, we know that is an activity that have very factors, for example: if a person eat well and have a good nutrition, is a help for your body and this creates a barrier to not enter to obesity list, other form to do a good physical exercise is go out to walk to any place but the important is the movement of the body, another factor that have a big influence in our exercise is the help to other people that have a motivation for this hobby, as a conclution, do a good physical exercise help to people to live better and do better the things of the life for ours body!!!
