I agree with the proposal issued to create a CICIES , because our country needs greater security, no matter where it's from this security, the terrorists (who were named so for their behavior ) are gaining us territory and the government does not mobilizes to stop the. perpetrators of these criminal acts . It takes a group of individuals plunge and help make decisions on both the Governor of our country, because it is not enough state and regulators to curb crime these bandalismos . In Conclusion CICIES would be a very good opportunity to change our country.

The exercise is a good hobby for you!!. When we talk about the physical exercise, we know that is an activity that have very factors, for example: if a person eat well and have a good nutrition, is a help for your body and this creates a barrier to not enter to obesity list, other form to do a good physical exercise is go out to walk to any place but the important is the movement of the body, another factor that have a big influence in our exercise is the help to other people that have a motivation for this hobby, as a conclution, do a good physical exercise help to people to live better and do better the things of the life for ours body!!!
