I agree with the proposal issued to create a CICIES , because our country needs greater        security, no matter where it's from this security, the terrorists (who were named so for their behavior ) are gaining us territory and the government does not mobilizes to stop the.           perpetrators of these criminal acts . It takes a group of individuals plunge and help make     decisions on both the Governor of our country, because it is not enough state and regulators to curb crime these bandalismos . In Conclusion CICIES would be a very good opportunity   to change our country.
